No sound

  Not able to produce sound.  Volume control shows volume - but no sound from videos.  Any suggestions?

  Is the volume of the raspad and the volume of the Raspberry Pi system both turned on? If the volume of one party is zero, it will be muted.
  It may also be a system setting problem. You can refer to this link https://learn.adafruit.com/usb-audio-cards-with-a-raspberry-pi/updating-alsa-config.
  Or directly re-burn the image to eliminate software problems.
