  My experiments also include field use.  Is there a cover to protect the pad?  or even a screen protector?

  Sorry, if this is already answered, but I didnt see any products or hints.  This is one for the "I would like to have" category

  There is no official screen protector. If you need it, it is recommended that you buy a 10.1-inch screen protector for Android Pad.
